The ego is your whole belief system

The ego is your whole belief system. I AM IT, I AM SO, I AM NOT SO. The voice in the head that you are born with, is the ego. So you believe in your thoughts and that your faith is true. Beyond the voice in your mind there is an observer. This observer is your higher self, your real self.

Exercise to listen to who is thinking? Where do the thoughts come from? Your real ”you” do you find beyond the voice in your head that constantly judges and values yourself and the reality. Your real you dont judge and value nothing.
